  1. The Administrator processes your personal data – in accordance with the nature of the agreement and the manner of representation – in the scope of: name and surname, correspondence address, numbers assigned in the relevant state registers, contact data, including e-mail address, telephone or fax number, position or function held within the organization, scope of power of attorney.
  2. The data was obtained directly from you or from:
  1. in the case of natural persons running a sole proprietorship – from public registers (CEIDG);
  2. in the case of natural persons representing or acting on behalf of contractors – from your principal, who is a contractor of the Administrator and from public registers (KRS, CEIDG);
  3. in the case of persons responsible for the performance of the contract – from your employer, who is the Controller's contractor.
  1. Providing data is necessary to conclude the contract. Failure to provide the above data will make it impossible to conclude and perform the agreement. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

Communication for the purposes of marketing initiatives organized by the Administrator, in particular competitions, promotions and other similar activities (legal basis – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) – if required, after prior withdrawal of the necessary consents by the Administrator.		 Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract.
Personal data will also be processed for the period required by law (resulting, among others, from accounting and accounting regulations), to file an effective objection to the processing of data on the basis of a legitimate interest, as well as to the statute of limitations for any claims arising from the contract provided for by the applicable law. The processing time is determined by the longest period of data processing.

Verification of the identity of the person concluding the agreement on behalf of the contractor, communication, administration and organization within the Inter Cars Capital Group, as well as defense against claims and pursuing possible claims resulting from the performance of the agreement – i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator (legal basis – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
3. Communication for the purposes of marketing initiatives organized by the Administrator, in particular competitions, promotions and other similar activities (legal basis – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) – if required, after prior withdrawal of the necessary consents by the Administrator;
4. Fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, including accounting and tax settlements (legal basis – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).		 Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract.

2. Communication for the purposes of marketing initiatives organized by the Administrator, in particular competitions, promotions and other similar activities (legal basis – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) – if required, after prior withdrawal of the necessary consents by the Administrator;

  1. The Administrator may transfer your personal data outside the territory of the European Economic Area ("EEA") to third countries. The data will be transferred on the basis of a decision of the European Commission permitting it/standard contractual clauses concluded between the Controller and an entity located outside the EEA. To access the documents used by the Controller when transferring your personal data from the EEA, please contact the Controller.
  2. Your personal data may be transferred to providers of IT systems and IT services, entities providing the Administrator with services necessary for the performance of the agreement between the Administrator and the entity represented by you, including legal, advisory, auditing, security, anti-fraud services, as well as: banks, companies providing courier and transport services, Poczta Polska, entities from the Inter Cars Capital Group, and also to state authorities and other entities on the basis of the provisions of generally applicable law.
  3. Each person has the right to request access to their data, their rectification, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The right to object to data processing is granted in the case of data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
