Over 30 years of experience

Inter Cars was founded in 1990. For over 30 years the Company deals in distribution of automotive spare parts for different kinds of vehicles. Our mission is to be a modern, technologically advanced and environmentally friendly company with a constant focus on increasing the value of the company. We are the most dynamically developing company in the automotive spare parts aftermarket in Europe. The stability of the company is guaranteed by the Oleksowicz family, which for more than three decades has been responsible for the development of companies in the industry, not only as a financial investor, but above all as an industrial investor. Over the years, the company has reached milestones that have undoubtedly contributed to its success.
Inter Cars began its expansion into foreign markets with the opening of its first subsidiary in Eastern Europe, in Ukraine, in 2000. In 2004, the company went public on the stock exchange, and two years later it surpassed the one-billion-zloty mark. 2017 saw the official and celebratory opening of the ILS European Logistics and Development Centre in Zakroczym.  The development of the logistics network enabled further expansion in European markets and the opening of additional branches. In May 2021, the Inter Cars Foundation was established as part of the implementation of Inter Cars' sustainable development strategy. Its mission is to promote the development of accessible, safe, and responsible mobility for people and the climate.
