President of the Management Board of ILS Sp. z o. o. Wojciech Aleksandrowicz is a new Member of the Management Board of Inter Cars SA from January 1, 2024. This decision was made by the company's Supervisory Board. The current president of ILS also serves as the Managing Director for Logistics and IT. Wojciech Aleksandrowicz took up his new functions on January 1, 2024. By decision of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of Inter Cars SA now consists of 5 people.

The new member of the Management Board of Inter Cars is a graduate of the University of Economics. Oskar Lange in Wrocław at the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of Industry. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in logistics management. He has been associated with the Inter Cars Capital Group for almost 20 years. In the years 2004-2013 he was employed as deputy director of logistics.
President of ILS, a logistics entity spun off from Inter Cars
From 2012, Wojciech Aleksandrowicz was a member of the Management Board of ILS, and from 2013 its president. The ILS company was established by separating the logistics department of Inter Cars SA. Since 2020, Aleksandrowicz has also held the position of Managing Director at Inter Cars, responsible for logistics as well as the IT area. A year later, he was appointed as the company's proxy.
